8vo. 181 pp. An erotic novel. A photo-reprint of a work first published in 1957 by The Olympia Press, Paris, as No. 45 of The Traveller's Companion Series. This is a very odd piracy, which came to us with three other titles originally published around the same time. The paper is cheap, and the books are crudely printed, with uneven type, shadows & cut and paste lines (all of which, we feel, give these books a rather special aura). Printed in a slightly larger format (approx. 5 x 7.5") with the tops of the signatures uncut, leaving the top edges somewhat ragged. The wrappers mimic the Traveller's Companion design, and are printed on thin paper rather than card. Wraps of this book printed in yellow and black. We've seen many piracies, but none of this ilk before. Scarce.
