Includes 103pp. of unbound signatures, printed on Johannot paper, with text and accompanying text illustrations. Second folder contains 185 numbered plates, illustrated in black-and-white and printed on semi-gloss paper, with table. Work ranges from anonymous artwork from the 19th century through work from the 20th century; artists include Picasso, Boucher, Rops, Bettina Smith, Le Poitevin, Beardsley, et al. Includes eight plates of Chinese art. Press numbered #188. Underneath the limitation it is printed, "réservé à Monsieur " and then, handwritten in pen, there follows the former owner's surname and the date, 12 Decembre 1963 and SIGNED R. Gagey.
