A "Soho typescript," or "Soho bible" - pornographic fiction, mimeographed from typescript, text printed on one side only, with illustrations (photographs) bound in. Cover is a photo on stiff photographic paper. Printed clandestinely and sold "under the counter" in pornography's great time-honored tradition. Photos feature women in rubber macs, capes, and masks, bound in basement / dungeon setting. First line: "At last she was ready - the Countess Zamora had, after months of patient research equipped her lonely house in preparation for her research into the effects of varying forms of bondage and suffering on the shapely female figure."
