The Olympia Press edition was originally scheduled to appear in five volumes, but it evenually completed publication in seven. The final two volumes were translated by John Crombie, but for contractual reasons the name "Pieralessandro Casavini " was retained for this volume. Kearney-Carroll 5.57.1. 57.
