Forty-seven 4 x 6" color photos on Kodak paper. The photos present a pictorial of Paige White in a nurse themed scene involving being bound to a chair and tortured with a vibrator. All are numbered on the back, with the name Paige written in ink. Nurse Paige poses seductively in her white latex uniform; then her hands and arms are bound with packing tape. Next she's bound to a chair and her feets are also bound in place; then a penis gag is placed in mouth, and a vibrator is taped to the chair. The scene ends with Paige being gaged and her head wraped in medical wrap.
