Liberty Meadows, a unique veterinary hospital/animal refuge where the cute and fuzzy residents talk, wear clothes, and generally do their best to make life interesting for lovesick veterinarian Frank and sexy, buxom animal psychologist Brandy. This series reprints the original newspaper strips, but also presents those strips and panels that were considered too risqué for the funny papers.
