A "Soho typescript," or "Soho bible" - pornographic fiction, mimeographed from typescript, text printed on one side only, with illustrations (photographs) bound in. Cover is a photo mounted on cardstock. Printed clandestinely and sold "under the counter" in pornography's great time-honored tradition. A spanking novel in which a widow is given a helping hand (and cane) by her brother-in-law. This is an unusual example, in that the mimeo text is printed in blue, and photos are pasted down to pages and illustrate the story; includes captions. Photos feature bare-handed spanking, caning, bondage, belt, blow job. First line: "I was left a widow when I was in my late twenties." Back cover is marked in pen "[Pounds] 5.6 - Not returnable."
