Item #53413

Approx. 6.5 x 8.25". 60pp. A "Soho typescript," or "Soho bible" - pornographic fiction, mimeographed from typescript, text printed on one side only. Printed clandestinely and sold "under the counter" in pornography's great time-honored tradition. These works tend to be heavy on sadomasochism and bondage. Title page notes that this particular book features flagellation, abbreviated "flag." in lower corner; similar annotations are seen in Soho typescripts published by the Adam & Eve Press. First lines read: "The vast jetliner swept through the night heading East. Its last stop had been Paris, its destination Singapore. Over the Mediterranean it sped, heading towards the desert lands of Arabia.."
