This would appear to be a photo-reproduction of a reprint [c.1935] of a pornographic work called Realistic Pleasures Gathered from the Diary of a Sybarite ('Alexandria', 1900-1901), printed around the turn of the century by Renaudie at Paris for Duringe and, possibly, Leonard Smithers.
